Japanese Language JLPT Classes

Structured JLPT preparation for N5, N4 and N3 — taught live by sensei Pradnya Saste, who has spent 5+ years walking Indian learners through exactly these three papers.
  • N5 · N4 · N3
  • Live online
  • Mock tests included
  • Taught by one sensei

Classes built around the exam, not around a textbook

The JLPT is a specific paper with a specific rhythm: vocabulary and kanji first, then grammar and reading, then listening at a speed that punishes hesitation. Our classes teach the language properly, then train the paper — so that on exam day the format is the least surprising thing in the room.

What every JLPT batch includes

  • Level syllabus mapped week by week — vocabulary, kanji, grammar and listening in a fixed rotation.
  • Speaking in every class, because grammar you cannot say out loud disappears under exam pressure.
  • Kanji by hand — stroke order, readings and compounds written, not typed.
  • Timed mock papers in the real JLPT format with a full review afterwards.
  • Doubt solving on WhatsApp between classes, answered by sensei personally.
  • Small batches of 8–12, or hourly one-on-one if your schedule will not hold still.

Choose your level

JLPT N5 course for absolute beginners, JLPT N4 course once you can hold a basic conversation, and JLPT N3 course when you need Japanese that works at a desk. Not sure where you stand? Read JLPT levels explained or just message sensei and describe what you can already do.

Who joins these classes

IT and engineering professionals whose companies value or require Japanese; students planning higher studies or internships in Japan; anime and culture learners who want the certificate to prove the hobby went somewhere; and career switchers targeting Japan-facing support, localisation and interpretation roles.

Frequently asked questions

What are JLPT classes?

JLPT classes prepare you for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test — the internationally recognised exam graded from N5 (beginner) to N1 (advanced). Our classes teach the exact vocabulary, kanji, grammar, reading and listening required at each level, then rehearse them under exam conditions.

Which JLPT levels do you teach?

N5, N4 and N3. These are the levels that matter for study plans, entry-level Japan-facing jobs and internal language requirements at Indian IT and manufacturing firms. We do not teach N2 or N1.

How long does each JLPT level take?

Roughly 90+ hours for N5, 100+ hours for N4 and 110+ hours for N3, plus daily self-study. The pace is set by the batch, not by a fixed calendar, so nobody is dragged past grammar they have not absorbed.

Are JLPT classes online or in person?

Fully online. Every session is live with cameras on, so you speak and get corrected in real time. Students join from Pune, other Indian cities and abroad.

Do you conduct mock tests?

Yes. Each level includes timed mock papers in the JLPT format, followed by a section-by-section review so you know exactly where marks are leaking — vocabulary, grammar, reading speed or listening.

I have never studied Japanese. Where do I start?

Start with N5. It begins at hiragana and assumes zero prior knowledge. If you already know some Japanese, sensei will place you after a short conversation.
